SIMS Heating and Cooling grew out of two very different careers that landed on the same standard. Steve has worked in HVAC since 1997. Spencer trained at Embry-Riddle and brings an aircraft mechanic’s eye for detail to every job. Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined experience to homes and light commercial properties throughout Flagler, Volusia, and Putnam County.
